Mr. Batbayar, formerly a corporate lawyer, has extensive experience guiding clients through M&A transactions of all types including share purchase deals, tender offers, privatization, mining, and financing. In the past, he served as the exclusive legal counsel for Firebird Global Master Fund, Ltd., an investment fund based in New York, United States for Mongolian projects, and founded Novus Law Group LLP where he was a Managing Partner.

Mr. Zhao Lizhi

President and Chairman of the Board,Chairman, Fuhai Group Limited

Mr. Zhao Lizhi is an experienced international mining executive with more than 30 years of leadership in resource development and large-scale industrial projects. As Chairman of Fuhai Group Limited and Director of EAM Khokh Adar LLC, he has overseen major copper, gold, zinc, and iron ore developments across Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

Mr. Zhao has led the successful development of several significant mining operations, including large integrated projects in Xinjiang and Henan, and major industrial investments such as the USD 1.2 billion steel smelting complex in Indonesia. He has also participated in key international cooperation initiatives with government and industry leaders in Venezuela, Senegal, Indonesia, Mongolia, and Austria.

Mr. Zhao’s extensive project experience and global partnerships position him as a trusted leader in advancing mining and metallurgical projects from exploration to full production.

Angie Lee Yang  

Director

Angie has over 20 years of career experience and a proven track record of value creation within Mongolia’s mining sector.  She held Board positions with Polo Resources (AIM, London Stock Exchange Listed company), Garrison International (TSX VENTURE: GAU), and EAM Khokh Adar Co, Ltd., Mongolia.

Angie also has wide experience geographically in North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa and on various mining and other projects covering both underground and surface mining operations.

Tungalag Flora  

Chief Geologist

Tungalag is a well-respected expert in the geology field and served as the chief geologist at East Asia Minerals Corporation (TSX-V), Anglo Gold Ashanti (NYSE), Teck Resources(NYSE), QGX Mongolia Ltd, Croesus Mining, where she planned exploration programs and supervised tens of thousands of meters of mineral drilling.
